| Vertical Friction™ Foam (VFF) in the simplest form is high-density foam standing on edge with rows of vertical grooves. When a hook is placed into these vertical grooves, the fly itself is held securely by the friction between the hook and the 2 foam sides. |

| This unique innovation means that your fly is held securely in place, but can be quickly and easily removed without piercing the foam. Most foam fly boxes require the hook to be buried in the foam which leads to several short seasons of use... while VFF will allow this Blue Ribbon Series Waterproof Box to remain in top condition for decades. |
