Clay Dyer is an inspiration to us all. Born on May 23, 1978 without any lower limbs, no left arm and a partial right arm, he never lost his spirit and determination.
When Clay was 5 years old he started fishing. Never being deterred from the complexity of fishing, a natural competitiveness became apparent. His physical disabilities never affected his competing in fishing tournaments. In 1995 Clay became a professional angler and fished in the "Major Leagues" on the FLW tour. He currently fishes the Bassmaster Open Series and other charity events.
Clay is always sharing his experiences through motivational presentations, interviews and articles. He has been seen on ESPN, FOX, CBS, CNN, Outdoor Channel, and The 700 Club. A published author with his book entitled "The View From Down Here is Just Fine" Clay has appeared in USA today, Newsweek, Bassmaster, FLW Outdoors Magazine and many more publications.
